The Hilltop Unit includes Blue Mountain Rd, Burland Dr, Burland Rd, Circle Dr, Hilltop Rd, HWY 72 (between Ranch Elsie & Twin Spruce Rd), Hilltop Rd, Joanie Rd, Ranch Elsie Dr, Ranch Elsie Rd, Skyline Dr, Twin Spruce (from HWY 72 to Burland Rd), and Warrens Rd
